Welcome to Churston and your own private space, secure within our family home.

The apartment is a self-contained space, within our family home but totally private for our guests. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room. The flat has its own entrance door behind which encloses space for guest(s) use, no space is shared with anyone else.

The space

The flat has everything you need. From fast WiFi, to a private shower room, spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and more. There is also a washing machine exclusively for guest use (not shared with the family). Underfloor heated throughout. EV charging facility, at a reasonable additional cost.

Guest access

Guests have access through our side door and into the separate space via its own lockable front door. It’s all yours to enjoy, no family access or sharing, a space where you can be assured of complete privacy at all times.

Off street parking 

Off street parking included within the cost, on our gated driveway. The property also benefits from external CCTV for added security.

 

Location

Our property is set off a very quiet, private road, very little passing traffic and fully secluded with a gated driveway.

Despite its quiet location, the property affords access to the M61 and M60 motorways, and is a short drive from Middlebrook Retail Park, and local supermarkets.

- Watch Bolton Wanderers at the Bolton Stadium - a five minute drive away

- See concerts at Bolton Wanderers’ stadium 

- Attend tournaments or competitions at Bolton Arena, a five minute drive away 

- Travel to / from Manchester Airport 

- See concerts in Manchester (we are very near several rail stations with quick access into Manchester - Deansgate, Piccadilly and Victoria stations)

- Participate in or train for the annual “Ironman” competition 

- Many other activities
